The North Jakarta Transportation Sub-department (Sudinhub) is testing to open Jalan Pantai Indah Timur, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Kamal Muara Urban Village, Penjaringan that was previously closed for public access.

North Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Benhard Hutajulu explained, opening the access of this inspection road of Cengkareng Drain River is expected to improve alternative route accessibility with one-way system from Jalan Marina Raya to Jalan Pantai Indah Utara.

"There are 20 joint personnel from Sudinhub and Satpol PP at city and sub-district levels, and police who control the traffic flow," he mentioned, Tuesday (11/13).

It is hoped able to reduce congestion around the traffic lamp of Burger King PIK. For now, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles can pass through the road.
